Privacy information for the public ZoiSys website.
This privacy notice applies to the current static public website. The site does not currently offer user registration, billing, memberships, dashboards, or authenticated product access. The underlying E-AVSM research and infrastructure components are being developed separately and are not yet exposed as a public product platform.

Purposes and legal bases
Website provision: legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Security, stability, abuse prevention, and server logs: legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Handling email inquiries: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the nature of the request.
Hosting and technical access data
Hosting or infrastructure providers may process technical access log data such as IP address, date and time, browser, operating system, referrer, requested files, and status codes.
Such data is stored only to the extent technically necessary for operation, security, and error analysis.
Retention period
Email inquiries are stored only as long as necessary to process the request and to comply with applicable legal retention obligations.
Server logs are stored only temporarily and for security-related purposes to the extent technically required by the hosting provider.
No cookies and no tracking in phase 1
At present, the website does not use analytics cookies, marketing tracking, user profiles, registration, or checkout functionality.
Phase 1 remains a static public website without productive account, membership, or payment flows.
Any underlying E-AVSM research infrastructure remains separate from this public informational site and is subject to implementation and legal review before any public product exposure.
Recipients
Personal data may be transmitted to technical service providers or hosting providers to the extent necessary for operating and securing the website.
Access is limited to what is required for technical provision, maintenance, and security.
Transfers to third countries
At present, no intentional transfer of personal data to third countries takes place.
If this changes in the future, this privacy notice will be updated accordingly.
Data subject rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future where consent is the legal basis.

Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
For Luxembourg, this is the Commission nationale pour la protection des donnees (CNPD).
Future product changes
If accounts, dashboards, memberships, payments, AI features, uploads, or productive AVSM functions are introduced later, this privacy notice must be updated before those functions go live.
